Mr. Baltazar L. Bisquera was appointed as the new barangay kagawad of Barangay Camangaan, Vigan City, Ilocos Sur effective July 20, 2026, filling up the 7th rank Kagawad vacant position caused by the resignation of Kagawad Marichu A . Navarro.
City Mayor Hon. Randy Singson appointed Mr. Baltazar Bisquerra as the new Barangay Kagawad in approval of the Sangguniang Barangay resolution recommending Mr. Bisque to be appointed to said position.
Mr. Baltazar L. Bisquera took his oath of office before Mayor Randy Singson on July 20, 2026, as witnessed by Punong Barangay Jovencio U. Beleno Jr. of Barangay Camangaan and DILG Vigan City CLGOO Cesarieta R. PestaΓ±o and LGOO II Ann France Burgonio.
