CESB representatives paid a visit to DILG Vigan City on July 8, 2026, during its scheduled courtesy call and meeting with the City Mayor Hon. Randy Singson and other city officials.
Mr. Christopher Calugay, Supervising Personnel Specialist, together with Ms. Rebecca Villas and Ms. Ellaine Mamhot personally coordinated with the city officials and other local officers on Cultural Heritage Promotion and Preservation for the CES Board activity “𝑳𝒖𝒈𝒐𝒎 𝑫𝒂𝒚𝒂𝒘” 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑯𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒕𝒂𝒈𝒆 𝑪𝒖𝒍𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒆 𝑳𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑬𝒙𝒑𝒐𝒔𝒖𝒓𝒆 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒈𝒓𝒂𝒎 set to be held in Vigan City on August 5-6, 2026.
