As one of the selected 10 cohort LGUs in Region 1 for the Localization of the Open Government Partnership, ๐๐๐ ๐๐ข๐ ๐๐ง ๐๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ underwent the co-creation workshop conducted by DILG and OGP facilitator on July 7, 2026.
The 1-day activity brought together participants led by City Mayor Hon. Randy Singson, Vice Mayor Atty. Glendale Benzon with concerned city department heads as members of the interim team and selected CSOs.
Interactive discussions were made on government-non-government collaborations, open governance values on transparency, accountability and citizen participation, root cause problem analysis as well as stakeholder mapping/identification.
Output presented and deliberated upon during the workshop was the selected city flagship program for OGP titled: โ๐บ๐จ๐ฎ๐ผ๐ป: ๐ท๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐ฒ๐๐๐๐๐๐, ๐ป๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐ฌ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐โ which aims to enhance partnership with stakeholders & CSOs in the promotion and implementation of the cityโs cultural and tourism events.
