𝟏𝐬𝐭 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝐒𝐮𝐛-𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝟏 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐮𝐦 𝐍𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐎𝐍𝐄 𝐑𝐚𝐧𝐠-𝐚𝐲: 𝐒𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐁𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐄𝐎𝐃𝐁 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫

The activity was attended by the City and Municipal Local Government Operations Officers (C/MLGOOs), Business Permits and Licensing Officers (BPLO), and Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) focal persons from the First District municipalities and city of Ilocos Sur. Participants from the Local Government Unit of Magsingal joined the meeting virtually via Zoom. A significant portion of the meeting focused on 𝐍𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐎𝐍𝐄 𝐑𝐚𝐧𝐠-𝐚𝐲: 𝐒𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐁𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐄𝐎𝐃𝐁 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫, wherein participants were oriented on the search guidelines, assessment criteria, documentary requirements, and timelines. The discussion aimed to equip local government units with the necessary knowledge and tools to effectively prepare for the assessment and strengthen their compliance with EODB standards and ARTA mandates. In the afternoon session, the Sub-Cluster 1 City and Municipal Local Government Operations Officers (C/MLGOOs), led by LGOO VI Leonelin P. Reynon, convened to discuss updates, accomplishments, and emerging concerns related to the implementation of various Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Programs, Projects, and Activities (PPAs) across the sub-cluster. The meeting was graced by Cluster Head Aprille Regina P. Guerrero, who provided the participants with the latest DILG issuances, policy updates, and relevant directives to ensure the effective implementation of programs at the local level. Provincial focal persons were also present to discuss program-specific concerns, provide technical guidance, and clarify issues raised by the field officers.
