The DILG Sub-Cluster 1 proudly congratulates the municipalities of 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐚 𝐂𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐚, 𝐌𝐚𝐠𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐥, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐢𝐭 for being conferred the Balangay Seal of Excellence, the highest recognition awarded by the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) to local government units that have demonstrated exemplary performance in implementing the Barangay Drug Clearing Program and sustaining drug-cleared communities.
This remarkable achievement reflects the unwavering commitment of these LGUs in strengthening their anti-illegal drug initiatives, promoting community participation, and institutionalizing effective programs through their respective Anti-Drug Abuse Councils.
